Take time to restore, reconnect, and reflect at Fredonia’s Hope and Healing Event on Wednesday, June 11, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Williams Center Multi Purpose Room. This full day experience is designed to help you pause, recharge, and focus on mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re a student, staff member, faculty, or community guest, you’re invited to take part in meaningful workshops, mindfulness activities, guest speakers, and guided practices focused on resilience and self care. From calming meditation sessions to creative expression, this event offers a variety of supportive spaces to help you manage stress, build community, and find peace in the present moment. Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and attendees are welcome to join for the whole event or drop in for sessions that speak to them. Life gets busy, and taking care of yourself matters, especially in times of transition or challenge. Let this be your moment to breathe, feel supported, and leave with a renewed sense of balance and clarity. Come as you are, and leave with hope and healing in your heart.
